Cancellation and Refund Policy

    • General Policy:
      • No refunds except when organizers cancel the session/program/admission.
      • Refunds (when applicable) processed within 10-12 working days.
    • Online Counseling:
      • Ensure Broadband/Fibernet/High-Speed Mobile Data connection.
      • No refunds for client’s internet issues.
      • Rescheduling provided for counselor’s internet issues.
      • Payment is for one specific session; no refunds for unused minutes.
      • Be on time; report within 20 minutes of the appointment.
      • No-shows or late arrivals result in cancellation with no refund.
      • Sessions cannot be rescheduled.
    • Online Live Courses/Workshops:
      • Ensure reliable internet connection.
      • No refunds for participant’s internet/app/device issues.
      • Use multiple internet sources for safety.
    • Certification/Diploma Courses:
      • No refunds for ineligibility, lack of seats, or late enrollment.
      • Missed sessions cannot be compensated or refunded.
      • Attend at least 80% of classes; required attendance is 80%.
      • Viva (if applicable) must be attended within the designated timeframe.
      • Reports (if applicable) must be submitted within 30 days of the last class.
      • No certificate for missing more than 60% of sessions or failing evaluations.
    • Batch Transfers:
      • No batch changes allowed.
      • Seats can be transferred to eligible candidates for a full refund from the new participant.
      • Full refunds if organizers cancel the event.
    • Class Attendance:
      • Only registered candidates can attend online courses/webinars/workshops.
      • Registration canceled without refund if unregistered attendees are found.
      • Video must be on during classes; non-compliance results in registration cancellation and no refund.
    • Hybrid/Offline Courses:
      • Classes switch to online mode during government lockdowns/restrictions.
      • No refunds or batch changes due to such changes.
    • Facilitator Rights:
      • Facilitator can cancel registration at any time if uncomfortable with a candidate.
      • Refund for remaining classes if registration is canceled by the facilitator within 10-12 working days.
